Natural Remedies For Arthritis, Here Now

 Natural Remedies For Arthritis

In this post I am going to talk about natural remedies for arthritis and the causes of this disease. Firstly I will try and put into simple turns how arthritis starts and why.

Natural Remedies For Arthritis

 How Arthritis Is Formed

The best way to try and explain this is to think of the body having two systems to deal with waste. The first one is the blood flow around the body and the second is the lymphatic system. When you are young the arteries are wide and the blood flow is really good. This in turn gets rid of all the waste products very quickly.

 Blood Flow & Lymphatic System

As you reach middle age the arteries start to contract which slows down the blood flow causing less of the toxins to be carried away. When this happens more toxins are sent back out from the liver and are deposited in the easiest place to store them which is the joints.

Mid Life – Niggling Pains Start

At this point though most people just put the niggling pains down to getting older and just carry on living the life style they always have. But as older age starts to really set in the arteries have really started to close up and the blood flow is quite poor at this point.

In this situation the toxins are getting dumped in every increasing amount’s around the joints. At this point the pain and swelling really starts to kick in. The result of this pain is less activeness which in turn reduces the blood flow even more.

 Toxins Start To Build Up

The other part of our bodies that help to get rid of the toxins is the lymphatic system which basically uses the pumping action of the muscles contracting to push toxins out of the areas where it was getting deposited.

The problem now though as we are older is the pain is so great because of the crystallised deposits in our joints we do not move as much, which in turn does not utilise the lymphatic system to get rid of them.

 They Crystallise In The Joints

It is these crystallised deposits what build up in the joints and start to grate like sand paper with the joints they are in contact with. This is what causes the actual pain, also as these deposits grow even worse they will cause fingers and toes to distort and become unusable.

Alleviate The Pain

So now you have a better idea on how arthritis is formed let’s talk about the things we can do to elevate these aches, pains and inflammations. I can break down the best ways to do this into three parts.

1) What we should eat and what we should not eat.

2) Acupuncture.

3) Cannabinoid medicine

I will deal with the things we should eat first what are proven to reduce inflammation and relieve the pain from the arthritic condition.

Best Ways To Cook Food

Best ways to cook food are Stewing, boiling, braising and steaming. This way you are not creating the toxins by cooking at high temperature.

Using acupuncture to alleviate the chronic pain of arthritis is not a new practice; it has been around for many of hundreds of years. The way it works is by inserting needles in the 14 major meridians areas of the body.

These areas are focussed points where the body’s energy fields flow and by using acupuncture you will stimulate the brain to release endorphins which will help dramatically with the pain. The treatment can last up to an hour, in this hour the needles are twisted to stimulate more pain relief.

 Dramatic Pain Relief

Although acupuncture is a temporary relief from pain it is better than taking pain killers for the less effective pain relief. Plus you will not get any side effects unlike with modern day drugs.

 Cannabinoid medicine

This method of treatment really depends on whether you live a country of a state of the USA that will allow this treatment as it is derived from the cannabis plant. You will not get a high off this method of treatment but you will get the most potent relief and anti-inflammatory effect which in turn give’s you relief from all types of arthritic pain.

In Conclusion

So in conclusion I think a combination of the right diet is a huge part of fighting arthritis as well as the obvious side of exercising as much as possible to stimulate the circulation and lymphatic systems.

On top of that cannabinoid can play a massive roll in chronic pain relief without the side effects of getting intoxicated or being drowsy as you do with smoking cannabis. Off course even using cannabinoid medicine is illegal in many areas so please check this out before you get arrested.

When you join for free you can build two websites for nothing and they host it for you. If you follow the link I left and join up you can host a website with them.
